Best Management Practice (5th edition) watchkeeping, citadel procedure, and vessel-hardening drills.

Physical & Discipline Drill
Formation, fitness standards, and the bearing expected of a guard on post.

Assessment & Certification
Written and practical evaluation. Certification is issued only once both are passed.
